Jump Rope Bosu Balance Trainer
Large Medicine
Gliders or Paper Towels
Battle Ropes
60 seconds each exercise
Each Round Twice:
Round 1:
1. Jump Rope
2. Bosu Side to Side Hops How To Do This
3. Gliding Straight Leg Bear Crawl (Get in a high plank position with your feet on the gliders. Use your hands to slide yourself across the floor and then go backwards; keeping your body straight and only using your upper body to move).
4. Push Ups
5. Med Ball Slams
Round 2:
1. Battle Ropes (freestyle)
2. Med Ball Planks (Hip Dips or Pikes) How To Do It
3.Mountain Climbers Using The Gliders
4. Bosu Ball Prison Squats
5. Jump Rope
Round 3 (ABS):
Leg Raises (slowly lowering legs) Sit Ups (slowly) (all the way up and down) Side Plank Holds (30 seconds each side) Flutter Kicks Crunches
